Instrument arrival installation:
1. 2-3 days before the arrival of the equipment, the customer informs our company in advance, our technical engineer immediately tells the customer about the surrounding conditions required for the equipment installation, after the customer is ready, our company will send a full-time engineer to the user’s location for installation and actual Operation training.
2. After the installation and acceptance is completed, the user should fill in the acceptance report, signed by both parties, hold a copy for the record, and pay all outstanding payments by the user based on the acceptance report.

During warranty:
1. The warranty period is calculated on the date of the arrival of the goods and the signature of the user's acceptance, and lasts for one year.
2. If the instrument fails during the warranty period, unless due to special work arrangements, the maintenance engineer of our company should arrive at the user's location within one or two working days for free maintenance, and all costs shall be borne by our company.
3. During the warranty period, if the instrument fails due to user's improper operation or non-instrument quality, the maintenance fee will be charged to the user as appropriate.
4. During the warranty period, at the request of the customer, our company is responsible for irregular inspection and repair of the working condition of the instrument.
5. After the repair is completed, the repair report should be filled out in time. The repair report should include the cause of the failure, the handling situation and the user's opinion. The repair report shall be filed by both parties.

Out of warranty:
1. Our company is responsible for the lifetime maintenance of the instrument.
2. Outside the warranty period, if the equipment fails, the maintenance engineer of our company should arrive at the user's location within one or two working days, except in special circumstances.
3. Our company will charge the users for the maintenance costs as appropriate, and provide a list of charges for inquiries.
4. After the maintenance is completed, the maintenance engineer should fill in the maintenance report in time. The maintenance report should include the cause of the failure, the handling situation and the user's opinion. The maintenance report shall be filed by both parties.
